A: To set up a Barn Buddy Account simply contact our Customer Care Team at 1-800-461-8898 or email a request to CustomerCare@SmartPak.com. Anyone can set up a Barn Buddy account we will just need information on the contact person for the Barn Buddy account.

A: The Barn Buddy code links your orders to the orders of others shipping to the barn. This allows us to ship the orders in one box- saving you on shipping.

A: You can find your Barn Buddy code by using our search- click here to find your code. You can also call 1-800-461-8898 or email us at CustomerCare@SmartPak.com for information.

Back to TopQ: How do I add the Barn Buddy code to my account?

A: Mention the Barn Buddy code when ordering over the phone or enter the code in the Address Book when ordering online. You can enter the Barn Buddy code in your SmartPak account under “Change Shipping Address(es).” There is a field which allows you to enter the Barn Buddy code.

A: Yes! Just link your supply order along with the Barn Buddy group and the shipping is only $3.95. See: How do I link my order with the Barn Buddy group.

A: You can link up with your Barn Buddy group by selecting “Adjust Your Shipping Schedule” in your account. Click on “Adjust Shipping Date” and the option to ship with your Barn Buddies is listed with all the future shipment dates. Simply select the most ideal date for your order and confirm the change.

Back to TopQ: How do I find out what days the other Barn Buddies are shipping?

A: To find out when other Barn Buddies are shipping, simply go to “Adjust Your Shipping Schedule” under your account. Listed on the right hand side of your shipment is “View My Barn Buddy's Shipping Schedule.” When you click on this link, all the ship dates for your Barn Buddy are listed.

Back to TopQ: I put the Barn Buddy code in my account but didn’t get the reduced rate shipping. Why?

A: To qualify for the $3.95 shipping, your order must ship on the same day as another customer in your Barn Buddy Account. See: How do I link my order with the Barn Buddy group.

Back to TopQ: Can you send me a two week supply so I can synch up without too much overlap/running out?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to send you a two week supply of SmartPaks at this time. Each SmartPak order consists of a 28 day supply and unfortunately our current system does not allow us to produce SmartPaks in other quantities. However, we would be more than happy find the best shipping date for you, simply call us at 1-800-461-8898 or email CustomerCare@SmartPak.com.

A: The $9.95 discount is taken off each individual embroidered item that is purchased.

Back to TopQ: Do I have to order SmartPaks to qualify for the embroidery discounts?

A: In order to receive the embroidery discounts, you need to have a reoccurring order for a SmartPak or bucket of supplements.

Back to TopQ: Does being a part of the Barn Buddy authorize my Barn Manager/trainer to make changes?

A: No, your trainer or Barn Manager can only make changes to your account if you have contacted us to authorize it.
